First of all, when you first create a character, click on Advanced Game Options.
You must click on the Village Hall Package (General) 1st Year Completion Guarantee !
Then, when you complete the town hall, you will sell the red cabbage seeds and crops needed from the pig cart!
Red cabbage seeds are sold at Pierre's shop starting in the summer of the second year, so you should buy them from the pig cart before then.
You can complete the town hall in the first year!
Then you're ready to go!
This setting is for quickly seeing the ending, so you don't have to follow it!
